The replacement of boilers at three WMFS locations. The contractor should employ skilled personnel and specialist contractors as necessary to achieve the standards described. The mechanical services shall include the following:
1) Strip out and enabling works.
2) Gas Installation.
3) LTHW Heating Installation.
4) Building Management and Controls systems.
5) Thermal Insulation.
6) Testing and Commissioning.
7) Providing all design drawings and design calculations for comments. - Documents :
