Description : The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) is committed to improving the quality of teaching and leadership in the Further Education and Training sector. The ETF are seeking to design a Career Framework to support key sector challenge around retention and recruitment.The aim of this project is to deliver a National Career Framework for Further Education (FE) which will enable:- Teachers, trainers and leaders in the sector to plan, develop, and demonstrate their professional expertise in the wider context of their overall personal and career development.
