Abstract: ScotRail Trains Limited (SRT) would like to inform the potential scope and specification for the provision of Fuel Additives which will include the provision of:- A performance improvement/emissions reduction fuel additive as well as a fuel biocide additive which should be compatible with the existing infrastructure.- Maintenance of the existing infrastructure owned by ScotRail.- A remote user interface for monitoring tank levels, handling the data, adjusting the dose rates as necessary as well as general ongoing management.- Subject matter and technical advice specifically in relation to general fuel related issues, this will entail a supplier requiring attending on-site locations at short notice for urgent issues.- Transition services and implementation of a new product/service to ScotRail.These services would be required throughout the s...
