- Project Description:- Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wishes to appoint suitably experienced operators with a proven track record on a framework to provide a Ferris Wheel and additional amusements for the 2024 and 2025 Enchanted Winter Garden (EWG) events in Antrim Castle Gardens with the option to extend for a further period to cover the 2026 and 2027 Enchanted Winter Garden events (subject to review and performance).
