- The Contract primarily involves the replacement and installation of new combination boilers, controls and flues throughout Castlemilk, Glasgow. The Contract will be undertaken over two phases of work.Subject to successful completion of the two-year programme of surveys and works, the Contract may be extended by a maximum period of three further years through 1 + 1 + 1 twelve-month extensions from the completion date.The boiler replacement works are anticipated to involve;Year One (2024-2025 investment programme) - approximately 30nr boiler replacements; andYear Two (2025-2026 investment programme) - approximately 50nr boiler replacements.
